- Business days are Sunday to Thursday.
- Holiday eves, Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays are not considered business days.
- Orders can be placed for all locations in the country. Please note that delivery times may be longer for certain locations. It is important to remember that delivery policies vary and depend on the company’s operations and current conditions at any given time.
- Due to the situation, a delivery time commitment cannot be made. We are doing our best.
- The courier company will contact you to provide real-time updates on the location and delivery times, so you will be aware of all details at every stage of the process.
Returns and Cancellations
• A transaction can be canceled up to 14 days from the actual receipt of the product or from receipt of the transaction document (whichever is later), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
• Cancellation must be made by written notice – via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or the “Contact Us” form.
• In case of cancellation due to regret:
• The shipping fees paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.
• The cost of return will be borne by the customer (via mail, self-delivery to Petah Tikva, or a courier on behalf of the website in certain cases; usually, we do not send couriers for exchanges).
• Return via a courier on behalf of the website – cost 35 ILS per direction (total 70 ILS).
• In case of a defective product, an error in the order, or non-delivery – a full refund will be given, including shipping fees, and the cost of return will be borne by the website operator.
• The refund will be made within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product back, and using the same payment method used for the transaction.
Exchanges (Additional Service)
• Exchanges are not mandatory by law and are provided as an additional service to the customer.
• Exchanges can be made up to 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product, and for sale items up to 24 hours from the time of receipt of the product.
• The exchange will only be made if the product is new, in its original packaging, unused, and with the purchase invoice.
• The exchange will only be made at the service point in Petah Tikva, by prior arrangement.
Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
• Products manufactured or custom-made for the customer.
• Perishable goods or consumables.
• Products listed in the exceptions of the Consumer Protection Law.
